Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous and your personal details are never given out as part of this process. Raptor uses a phone system that automatically records all phone conversations. We sometimes use these for training purposes, to improve our service and also to help resolve any disputes that may arise with customers. All conversations are held securely and are deleted after 6 months. We will never share or use this data with anyone.
When you visit our site we store the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, and information of the device you are using (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) during your visit. We only capture and store a truncated version of your IP address. It is captured and stored in an anonymised format by suppressing the last octet so your full IP address never reaches our servers and we never have access to it. We use services such as Hotjar, Woopra, and Google Analytics for this. Cookies are small data files transferred onto computers or devices by sites for record-keeping purposes and to enhance functionality on our site. Raptor stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile. Raptor does not process this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. Cookies are stored on your individual device and you have full control over their use. You may deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings of your web browser. Cookies that are already stored may be deleted at any time. Should you visit Raptor’s site with cookies deactivated, you may possibly not be able to use all of the functions on our site to the full extent.

These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and security standards. We only share information with them that is required for the services offered and we contractually bind them to keep any information we share with them as confidential and to process Personal Data only according to our instructions. We will only pass your data on to third parties without your express consent if we are obliged to do so by statutory law or an instruction by a public authority or court.
If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
We may occasionally send you notification emails about updates to our product, legal documents, offer customer support or marketing emails. Except for cases where we are required to do so by law (e.g. notifying you of a data breach), you have the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving these messages free of charge. You can opt-out from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of our emails or by sending us an email at marketing@raptorhub.com.
